You can delete your AmpVerve account at any time. Per Apple Guideline 5.1.1, Google Play account deletion policy, GDPR Article 17, UK DPA 2018 and CCPA, we make this path easy, transparent and reversible inside the grace period.
Open the AmpVerve mobile app, go to Settings, Privacy, Delete account. Re authenticate, confirm. Soft delete completes in 5 seconds.
Email privacy@ampverve.com from the address on your account. We will issue a 6 digit OTP. Confirm the OTP, your account enters soft delete state immediately.
Contact support@ampverve.com if you cannot access the account email. We will verify identity using KYC documents on file.
