We measure what shipped and what it earned. Hours, presence and process theatre are not signals.

Everyone owns a clear part of the platform end-to-end. From design to deployment to incident response to customer outcome.

Customer-adjacent

Engineers talk to customers. Commercial talks to engineers. The wall between the two does not exist here.
